A panel talk exploring how street art contributes to the cultural and artistic landscape of the community and how it shapes the perception and emotional connection of individuals to their surroundings.

  • Burt McNeill, current Chair of Leicester Civic Society.
  • Mary O’Neill, Associate Head (Education), School of Art Design and Architecture at De Montfort University.
  • Councillor Adam Clarke, former Deputy City Mayor. Climate, economy and culture in Leicester City Council.
  • Samantha Lindley, Creative Director of Threshold and Co-Director of Frequency international festival of Digital Culture
  • Izzy Peacock, Creative Director of Bring The Paint.
