Zine Making Workshop
Suitable for ages 7+ although younger children are welcome to come along and create as well!
Create your own zines with our partners Leicester Zine Library (http://leicesterzinelibrary.com)
In this drop in workshop you will cut, stick, fold sheets of paper and fill it with you drawings, writings, collages, stickers, photos to create a zine about something you’re passionate about!
A zine is a self-published booklet or magazine of original or appropriated texts and images, usually reproduced via a copy machine instead of professionally printed.
Your zine can be about ANYTHING! Some starting ideas are:
- Favourite video games
- beloved pets
- poetry
- comics
- recipes
- hobbies
- a fun trip you took
- dreams
Free to attend.
All materials provided.
Suitable for ages 7+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult).
